The dining experience at Dario's Fitchburg was wonderful. Great service- excellent Menu choices and an eclectic wine menu. My wife had the Salmon Picçata, cooked and seasoned perfectly., well balanced paired with delicious Risotto as well. The beat salad is a really nice way to start the meal. Nicely plated with a tasty orange vinaigrette. I had the Shrimp and Lobster special that was top notch. A thoroughly enjoyable dining experience. One observation-the Lobster and Shrimp special had an excellent sauce and in that kind of presentation the tails should be removed from the shrimp.
