This was not carbonara and should be renamed. Carbonara should have only the pancetta, egg, cheese, not sausage and shrimp. I wish you would add a "real" carbonara.

Every time we go i get this dish...cant get enough!! Wonderful flavor, salmon is cooked perfect and the risotto is great! :)

Very tasty, especially the handmade pasta. The only issue I had was there was very little tomato sauce.
